About Us

Sophia Group is a tech and marketing company, and our main focus is helping you succeed. Success means different things to different organizations and people, so the first thing that we do is listen. Once we better understand your journey, we help you get there. We problem solve with you, but we are not afraid to ask tough questions. We are flexible, reliable, and responsive. The main goal is to provide you with value, and results.

We are an eclectic team with decades of expertise in IT, development, project management, data science, process improvement, e-commerce, and marketing. Having said that, keeping an eye on emerging technologies and trends is part of our fabric.

The team-glue is Peter Kozar, who founded Sophia Group. He got started in IT early, in high school, practically living in the computer lab. As a true entrepreneur, the initial years of university were spent growing his first IT consulting company. He did eventually graduate from the University of Toronto. The whole Sophia team loves learning, problem solving, process improvement, and getting the most out of technology.
